Located at 1720 Walnut St, Cary, NC 27511, Crossroads Exxon Tires & Auto operates as a tire shop serving Cary in North Carolina. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it. Besides its main category, the business also describes itself as tire repair shop, wheel store, so it may cover more than the name suggests.
Tire shops sell and install new tires, patch punctures, balance wheels and, at most locations, align the suspension. Prices are quoted per tire plus mounting, balancing, valve stems and a state disposal fee for the old set; many shops price-match and include free rotation and flat repair for the life of the tire. Used tire shops sell inspected take-offs for a fraction of the price of new ones, useful for an older car or a single replacement, but check the tread depth (4/32 inch or more) and the DOT date code, since rubber ages even on the shelf. Mobile tire services come to your driveway or the roadside, commercial shops handle semi, trailer, farm and off-road tires, and wheel shops repair and refinish bent or curb-scraped rims.
The business lists hours on 5 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 8 amβ6 pm. Note that it does not open on Saturday, Sunday. Cary is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Cary follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Be aware: they may charge up to 3X more for parts and labor.. shop around. Get multiple quotes. Always ask for the exact part number and brand before authorizing work so you can check the real price yourself. Don't get blindsided the way I was. See below for the full story To be fair and honest: the service quality was good,, the owner Marcus was very professional and communication was very good .they kept me updated at every stage. The actual repair seems to have been done properly. The only issues: the work took longer than what expected nearly 10 working days , and the pricing on parts is, frankly, outrageous. I brought my 2017 Genesis G80 3.8 in for a check engine light. The shop diagnosed multiple misfire codes and recommended replacing 2 fuel injectors. I trusted them and that was my mistake. They charged me $309.61 per injector Γ 2 = $619.22 for parts. After the repair, I looked up the actual OEM Hyundai/Genesis fuel injector for my exact car β it sells for under $95 each directly from the dealer's parts website. That means this shop marked up the parts by over 3Γ (triple the real price). And on top of that β they didn't even use genuine OEM parts. They installed afterm

I never have to wait long, even when itβs busy. They give an estimated wait time and truly follow it. The owner is very nice and explains everything to you. He prints off detailed receipts and has snacks in the waiting area. The labor fees were high, but I donβt know the average. For 2 hours work, it was $300. That could mean that they pay their employees well, though. I recommend!

I always like to start my reviews off by being fair and I must say I please donβt judge a book by itβs cover. I had to stop to get gas and needed to use the restroom. I do not like outside restrooms at all never have , I will hold it if I have to. Well I must say to the mangers thank you so very much for keeping a presentable and clean restroom for your customers and being very polite and friendly. I see you offer other services as well I will keep that in mind the next time I need a quick oil change or brake service. Happy Holidays to you and your family.
